RV drive is a new type of transmission method developed on the basis of cyloid needle wheel transmission RV reducer is composed of two planetary reducers, involute cylindrical gear and cycoloid needle wheel.Involute planetary gear is integrated to the crankshaft,they serve as the input of the tranmission for the cycoloid needle wheel. Crankshaft drives the cycoloid needle wheel for the eccentric motion.While the crankshaft revolutes one turn clockwise, the cycoloid needle moves one teeth counter clockwise. The core components of the RV reducer is pin gear casing, crankshaft and cycoloid needle wheel.
